Full time Receptionist
We are currently looking for a receptionist to join our small and dynamic team. Excellent customer service is our mission therefore, the role requires an enthusiastic, confident, professional and friendly individual with strong communication, organisation and computer skills.
Main duties include: Attending to the reception area, greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner and handling their queries. Answering incoming calls and emails promptly and efficiently. Providing estimates for work, booking appointments, generating invoices and receiving payments. Undertaking stock control of parts and organising returns. Operating the garage software system.
Previous experience as a receptionist is essential and experience of working in a motor garage is desirable but not essential.
This is a full time permanent position with a 3 month probationary period. Working hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Overtime may be available on Saturdays.
Salary is £10 per hour. Benefits include: 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays. Auto-enrolment in a Workplace Pension with a total 5% contribution.
